An introduction, that needs no introduction

Do you ever wonder what would happen, if you had to introduce yourself to your self?

What would you say? Where would you start?

Would you mention how great you are?
Or maybe something a little more surface level, like your name and job.

Would you assume your Self already knew something, or maybe everything? 
And if that was the case, would you need to say anything at all?

If you looked into a mirror right now, what would you see? Is it divinity staring back? Or just a name, a face?

What happens when you close your eyes? Can you see a little more? Do you notice how in the blue black darkness, there is still so much light.

When I close my eyes there is infinitely more to see, to know. Like how the universe exists within. And it waits for eternity to be discovered. Remembered. After all, it’s been there all along.

Too often I forget that everything I ever need to know is already hidden within my heart. Just waiting to burst out from me, expanding and unfolding, like a sweet summer rose.

I remind myself to look up at the sky and the stars, so that I can remember what’s exists within….and where all of me begins.
