A love letter to my self

Dear Sarah,

This is a love letter for you. You are worthy of the love and appreciation you receive. Yes, you really are as brilliant as people say. 

And no, it has nothing to do with your IQ. You are brilliant like the sun. You emanate light and love. And you are just as powerful too. 

For some reason you doubt this, and I don’t know why. You have no reason to doubt any part of yourself. It’s perfect, all of it. 

Look around at your creation. It’s a masterpiece. And it will only become more refined.

Watching your creative spirit expand and unfold into every little thing you do is absolutely delightful. The way you are able to bring out the essence of that which you put your attention on is a very special gift. Please shower the world with it. It needs it. 

In the meantime, continue to dance and sing, and laugh and play. Paint the world with the colours in your heart. Give yourself grace as you grow into your love and awareness.

Each day will continue to surprise and delight you in ways you’ve never imagined. A million more moments of simple joys are ahead for you. 

So keep that chin up. You’re doing your best.
